Refund Policy

Last Updated: October 14, 2025

1. Overview

At Decus Technologies Ltd, we strive to ensure a seamless experience when using our platform, plugins, and services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for payments made through our Platform or related systems such as the Decus Wallet, escrow, or other connected digital services.

By making a payment or using any paid feature of the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Transactions β€” A payment was accidentally processed more than once for the same service or listing.
  • System or Technical Error β€” A transaction failed due to a verified system malfunction on our end (e.g., task not posted, wallet not credited).
  • Unfulfilled or Cancelled Tasks β€” A paid task or service was never completed and both parties agree to cancel. Such refunds are handled through our internal Dispute Resolution process.
  • Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges β€” A transaction occurred without your authorization; upon verification, an investigation and possible refund may be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after a successful purchase or service completion.
  • Dissatisfaction with task outcome where the task was marked complete by both parties.
  • Failure to use credits, wallet funds, or subscriptions within their valid period.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Use or EULA.
  • Payments for digital/downloadable products (e.g., plugin licenses) after delivery or access.
  • Transaction or processing fees charged by third-party gateways (e.g., WiPay, PayWise, RedotPay, crypto networks).

4. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a Request β€” Email info@errunsltd.com with your full name, account email, transaction ID, and reason.
  • Verification β€” Our team will verify within 3–5 business days. We may request additional information or documentation.
  • Approval or Rejection β€” If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or credited to your Decus Wallet, at our discretion.

5. Escrow and Wallet Refunds

Funds held in escrow are released or refunded after confirmation from both the task poster and bidder or upon internal review by our dispute team. Wallet balances are non-transferable and may be refunded only in verified error or fraud cases. Processing fees (typically 10%) are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Payments made in cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, BTC, or other supported tokens) are final due to blockchain immutability. Approved refunds in crypto will be issued in the same currency to the same originating address and may include applicable network fees.

7. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension, delays in resolution, or legal action in cases of fraudulent/bad-faith claims. Please contact us first so we can help resolve billing or service issues quickly.

8. Subscription and Renewal Refunds

  • You may cancel any time before renewal.
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods already used.
  • Where possible, renewal reminders are sent before payment processing.

9. Processing Time and Communication

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, additional time may be required for funds to appear in your account. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
